Lázaro Marin started the match with the kick off. Edelmiro Macias kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Robustiano Ponce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Proletarios booed when Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Karlo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Faustino Urti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Lucas Rik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edelmiro Macias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Lucas Rik made a huge save. In the 32nd minute of the match, Lázaro Marin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lucas Rik saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Robustiano Ponce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Arsenio Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Rik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Macias in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Proletarios's Robustiano Ponce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Ongile narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robustiano Ponce to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Evis in the 55th minute of play forced Vikings's goalkeeper Arsenio Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Rik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Proletarios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Ponce to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the game, Froilan Matxin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Proletarios's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vikings the free kick. After 61 played minutes Proletarios got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Matxin. Anselmo Mateo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Lucas Rik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vikings's Arsenio Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Ponce in the 71st minute of play. When Edelmiro Macias fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vikings's protests and gave Edelmiro Macias a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Edelmiro Macias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th match minute, Vikings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Iturri to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Proletarios's zone, Faustino Urti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Rik came out of the goal and Faustino Urti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorino Evis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Urti took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Rik. Lucas Rik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. There was no doubt that Vikings were the better team. Vikings's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
