The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manuel Hondo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severiano Sansone went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 21 minutes in the game Salvador Montae did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Herminio Lleir. 24 minutes into the match, Lechuzas's Severiano Sansone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Hondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 minutes of play, Lechuzas's Severiano Sansone made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Hondo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute Jacinto Igon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes, Lechuzas's Benito Efraim shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manuel Hondo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lechuzas reached it. Manuel Hondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Sansone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Lechuzas got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Duarte. Albano Matteo was a little too slow when Jacinto Igon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severiano Sansone made a kick off. Albano Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Igon in the 53rd minute of play. Ezequiel Cayo lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Lechuzas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Noetinger AFC:s goal. Albano Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Igon, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Benito Efraim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicanor Izotz during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bernardino Xabier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilfredo Montxo in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Manuel Hondo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 77 minutes into the game, Jacinto Igon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Albano Matteo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Wilfredo Montxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Montxo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Manuel Hondo made a huge save. If Bernardino Xabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Noetinger AFC had won after a very even match.
