The audience was convinced that Carolo Arixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteve Jesco was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Hermengildo Seguinus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Gutierrez in the 12th minute. After 27 minutes, Carolo Arixo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Los Tira piedras's Esteve Jesco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Los Tira piedras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteve Jesco should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Carolo Arixo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Del Bajo F.C's Fidel Lehoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteve Jesco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Del Bajo F.C's Damaso Karmel got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Los Tira piedras's goalkeeper Esteve Jesco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Arixo. Zeledon Gutierrez hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Los Tira piedras's Esteve Jesco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Tira piedras from getting a goal against them. Hermengildo Seguinus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Madaleno in the 80th minute of the match. The Del Bajo F.C fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Del Bajo F.C's Carolo Arixo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 85 played minutes Los Tira piedras got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Madaleno. Esteve Jesco was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fidel Lehoi. Nicasio Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Arixo might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esteve Jesco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carolo Arixo ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Del Bajo F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
