With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carolo Birila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 30 played minutes AC Ceviche got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Orixe. Vicente Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Birila having to interfere. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Gilberto Sendoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Agustin Aurre. AC Ceviche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Sendoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Ceviche's goalkeeper Agustin Aurre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gilberto Sendoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
