Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Freddy Refugio started the match with the kick off. Freddy Refugio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 5 played minutes River FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Liher. The supporters of River FC booed when Luro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Lalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Ekhi during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of River FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Luro:s goal. In the 13th minute there was a penalty for Luro. Arsenio George stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rolando Erauso. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, River FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Refugio came free, but Rolando Erauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. River FC's Rolando Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Refugio in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in River FC's zone, Paulino Gaufred stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Erauso came out of the goal and Paulino Gaufred tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Erauso made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Saverio Lalla sent off a good shot on target. If Anibal Soin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melchor Elija kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Rolando Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Refugio in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Prudencio Chan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saverio Lalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Rolando Erauso made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Lalla got free with Rolando Erauso in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anibal Soin was the one to do the kick off. If Freddy Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Luro getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. German Tabor hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Luro were awarded a corner. Arsenio George went to the cornerflag to take it. Dionisio Teodor made a great header on Luro's corner, it was just that River FC's Rolando Erauso managed to reach the ball for a save. Saverio Lalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Refugio in the 67th minute of the match. Juan Quinteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Soin's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Rolando Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Rolando Erauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Lalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Favila in the 77th minute of play. If Freddy Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. Anibal Soin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Juan Quinteros skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rolando Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Refugio in the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Freddy Refugio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luro's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Refugio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Erauso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rolando Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Lalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Luro were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of River FC for a fine match.
