If Primitivo Argoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Palmitas CF getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ladislao Suero hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Palmitas CF were awarded a corner. Vicente Leocadio went to the cornerflag to take it. Angelo Galtero's late challenge caught a Palmitas CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Galtero helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Carnaval Canalla FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Galtero. Abelardo Grabiel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rigoberto Ordono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Argoitz in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match, Abelardo Grabiel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eleuterio Qwinton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Palmitas CF defense, Felix Lekubegi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Ordono. The Palmitas CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Ordono should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Carnaval Canalla FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Vicente Che hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Carnaval Canalla FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vicente Leocadio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rigoberto Ordono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Lekubegi in the 34th minute of play. Abelardo Grabiel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eleuterio Qwinton came out and tried to block the shot, but Abelardo Grabiel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Vicente Leocadio could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Eleuterio Qwinton however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Leocadio got free with Eleuterio Qwinton in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eleuterio Qwinton was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Damaso Handi. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vicente Leocadio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Vicente Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Qwinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palmitas CF's Rigoberto Ordono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Argoitz in the 57th minute of play. Vicente Leocadio succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. In the 63rd minute, Horacio Cloyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Ordono made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Felix Lekubegi sent off a good shot on target. Eleuterio Qwinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Grabiel in the 76th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Vicente Leocadio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eleuterio Qwinton was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Vicente Leocadio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Qwinton having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Leocadio in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Qwinton saved Carnaval Canalla FC from getting behind. 91 minutes into the match, Carnaval Canalla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Leocadio came free, but Eleuterio Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Palmitas CF had won after a very even match.
