In the 8th minute, Ubaldo Bastiaro made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Tulio. Puerta de hierro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Puerta de hierro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Corderun to maneuver through the defense. Ildefonso Mateus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Eulalio Orlondon made a huge save. Ubaldo Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Tulio having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Bastiaro in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Tulio saved Puerta de hierro FC from getting behind. A well placed Amadeo Salamon short distance shot in the 25th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Ildefonso Mateus in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eulalio Orlondon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Amadeo Salamon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eulalio Orlondon came out and tried to block the shot, but Amadeo Salamon slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 35th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Gonzalo Ederono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yacanto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Ederono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benicio Tulio came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Yacanto FC's Ubaldo Bastiaro. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Bastiaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Benicio Tulio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Bastiaro's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Mateus to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Yacanto FC got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Bastiaro. The crowd rose to their feet as Ubaldo Bastiaro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benicio Tulio. That made the score 2-5 in the 55 minute of play. Benicio Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Bastiaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, Yacanto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Demesio to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Yacanto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Mateus came free, but Eulalio Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Yacanto FC's Ubaldo Bastiaro in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puerta de hierro FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th minute Ildefonso Mateus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Orlondon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Yacanto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Ederono to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Bastiaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benicio Tulio was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. A collision led to Puerta de hierro FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Silvio Montxo hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Yacanto FC's Benicio Tulio threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ubaldo Bastiaro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Silverio Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Mateus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Orlondon. Yacanto FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ildefonso Mateus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-6. Yacanto FC played a much better game than Puerta de hierro FC and deserved their victory. The Puerta de hierro FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
