If Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Vicente Leocadio made a huge save. After 14 played minutes Mama que Sabor got a freekick which was hit by Astor Oinatz. Teo Costante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Oliviero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Palmitas FC booed when Mama que Sabor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Lunin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Wilfredo Benvide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Leocadio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Emiliano Oliviero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Palmitas FC's Vicente Leocadio got control of the ball when Wilfredo Benvide tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicente Leocadio was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Leocadio saved Palmitas FC from getting behind. After 58 minutes of play, Mama que Sabor's Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Leocadio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Benvide had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Leocadio. Palmitas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Benvide was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palmitas FC's Vicente Leocadio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen in the 70th minute of play. Dieguito Van Der Kuijlen might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Leocadio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With a little luck, Mama que Sabor's Teo Costante got control of the ball when Emiliano Oliviero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Benvide notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Palmitas FC's Vicente Leocadio. Vicente Leocadio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilfredo Benvide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Vicente Leocadio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Wilfredo Benvide made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Leocadio. Palmitas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Wilfredo Benvide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Leocadio having to interfere. When Wilfredo Benvide came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Mama que Sabor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Benvide couldn't finish the play. Mama que Sabor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
