Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Agustin Montxo kicked off to start the match. RIVER PLATE were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Chañaritos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Domingos Fortun took the corner. 7 minutes into the match, Chañaritos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Gaspard came free, but Salvador Weather reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Flavio Gaspard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Weather saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Chañaritos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Astrada to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Aritza kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Flavio Gaspard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chañaritos FC's goalkeeper Salvador Weather, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Flavio Gaspard made a precise shot to the right of Salvador Weather. Chañaritos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 32 played minutes Chañaritos FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Castel. Salvador Weather came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by RIVER PLATE's Flavio Gaspard. But to his dismay, Flavio Gaspard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 45 minutes into the game, RIVER PLATE's Flavio Gaspard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Salvador Weather made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

RIVER PLATE's Flavio Gaspard was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 51st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Chañaritos FC's Salvador Weather played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Gaspard in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Castel in the 64th minute of play forced RIVER PLATE's goalkeeper Christian Silviano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Weather took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Mateus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Astrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Silviano having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, RIVER PLATE's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Montxo came free, but Christian Silviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, RIVER PLATE's Saul Mateus got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Saul Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. Agustin Montxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Christian Silviano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. RIVER PLATE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
