MORSA FC's Reynaldo Abella got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cereales's Anibal Tiso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Abella in the 37th minute of play. Agustin Fernado succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. If Narciso Patrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the match, Cereales's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Patrido came free, but Anibal Tiso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
