The supporters of San lorenzo de Santa fe booed when Malvinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bartolo Orixe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute Damian Chesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Anibal Ortzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Franco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 11th match minute, San lorenzo de Santa fe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Gonsalve to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Malvinas's Damian Chesus dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Columbo got free with Juan Franco in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Malvinas's Anibal Ortzi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Americo Tome who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Juan Franco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 27th play minute Americo Tome came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Juan Franco. 4-0. Juan Franco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Americo Tome went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Damian Chesus scored 6-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Franco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44 played minutes Malvinas got a freekick which was hit by Americo Tome. Bartolo Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Ostots showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Cordarryl in the 47th minute of the match.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damian Chesus to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Malvinas's Americo Tome made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Franco was left in no man's land by his defense there! 53 minutes into the game, Malvinas's Americo Tome nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Franco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Juan Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Juan Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Columbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes of play, Malvinas's Damian Chesus made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Franco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juan Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Tome in the 64th minute of the match. Serafin Columbo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, San lorenzo de Santa fe's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Tome came free, but Juan Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Anibal Ortzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Gonsalve in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to San lorenzo de Santa fe getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Gavino Boniel hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Damian Chesus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Franco was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. In the 85th minute, Damian Chesus made a precise shot to the right of Juan Franco. San lorenzo de Santa fe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Anibal Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 90 minutes into the game, Malvinas's Damian Chesus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Malvinas had played much better football throughout.
