Arsenio Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Rufio having to interfere. Matias Rufio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Norino in the 17th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, dynamo's Emiliano Betadur threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melchor Firme, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adolfo Haimar hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. San Marcos FC's Ruperto Norino got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Norino in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Rufio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Camilo Xabier took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Emiliano Betadur to make any attempt to save it. After 37 played minutes Melchor Firme rounded San Marcos FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Matias Rufio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Porfiro in the 40th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Humberto Innocenzio during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Humberto Innocenzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Firme did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Emiliano Betadur 43 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melchor Firme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th play minute Arsenio Asteri came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Matias Rufio. 3-2. Melchor Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Emiliano Betadur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, dynamo's Matias Rufio got control of the ball when Arsenio Asteri tried to sneak it across the goal line. With 66 minutes on the clock, Andres Guib commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Matias Rufio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Tanio in the 68th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Camilo Xabier managed to get in a good position for a shot. dynamo's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Xabier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Betadur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Firme in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Betadur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78thth minute of the game Ruperto Norino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but dynamo's Matias Rufio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Melchor Firme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Marcos FC's Emiliano Betadur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emiliano Betadur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Ponc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilfredo Ponc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Froilan Chus charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Froilan Chus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of dynamo booed when San Marcos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Chus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emiliano Betadur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Firme, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The throw-in from Lázaro Porfiro in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by dynamo's Melchor Firme. 87 minutes into the game, Melchor Firme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Emiliano Betadur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. dynamo's attentive Feliciano Ramos managed to snatch the ball when Lázaro Porfiro made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Cornelio Asier hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Asteri got free with Matias Rufio in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the San Marcos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for dynamo.
