Nereo Senon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Emiliano Betadur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Melchor Tanio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Santiago Bilintx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Birjaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nereo Senon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Emiliano Betadur made a huge save. San Marcos FC's Emiliano Betadur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save San Marcos FC from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Arsenio Txeru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emiliano Betadur. Arsenio Txeru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Bidari got free with Emiliano Betadur in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Norino in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Bilintx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Chaime in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano Betadur saved San Marcos FC from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Norino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Rene Lando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robustiano Elazar's late challenge caught a San Marcos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Elazar helped the player get up and apologised. Santiago Bilintx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melchor Tanio went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Esteve Osoro kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Lázaro Porfiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. Santiago Bilintx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Bidari scored 4-1 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Betadur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the San Marcos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Famaillá AFC.
