After a rather tough play, Circulo San Andres FC's Albino Odol got a free kick in the 18th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Gavino Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martin fierro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Rodriguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Placido Feo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Martin fierro booed when Circulo San Andres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kyle Bailey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Furman's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Kyle Bailey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Goi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Damaso Hermelando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyle Bailey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Circulo San Andres FC booed when Martin fierro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Goi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Tiniebra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Cerilo having to interfere. Kyle Bailey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Furman in the 88th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Damaso Hermelando could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Kyle Bailey however easily saved by the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Circulo San Andres FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Martin fierro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
