Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pastor Naelio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amigos de la Chala FC's zone, Fabio Calixto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Sotil came out of the goal and Fabio Calixto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Melquiades Sotil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Hernan Orland got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 11th minute, Amigos de la Chala FC's Cristian Urtsua ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angelo Bordat. Angelo Bordat yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Fabio Calixto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melquiades Sotil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Calixto's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Amigos de la Chala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Naelio came free, but Melquiades Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Sotil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Calixto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pastor Naelio came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Brea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Naelio couldn't finish the play. Melquiades Sotil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Naelio's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Urtsua to make the kick off. In the 50th minute Pastor Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Hernan Orland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Angelo Bordat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pastor Naelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Sotil having to interfere. Pastor Naelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Sotil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Naelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Angelo Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Orland in the 62nd minute of play. Isidoro Balendin kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ruben Tercero succeeded in the game's 64th minute to get real power on a long shot . Amigos de la Chala FC's Melquiades Sotil hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-1! Brea's Angelo Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Urtsua in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 minutes, Isidoro Balendin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amigos de la Chala FC and the Brea players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Amigos de la Chala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Balendin to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
