Spectators: 7424 (Terracing: 5569, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teofilo Sanchez kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Kapos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Ignatius to maneuver through the defense. After 3 minutes, Edelmiro Herensuge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kapos and the Chacarita Undertakers players grew even worse after the yellow card. 3 minutes into the game, one of Kapos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Salvador Columbo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ricardo Gaizkine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Abechuco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Chacarita Undertakers's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Sanchez came free, but Ricardo Gaizkine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Jerano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Romelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of Kapos booed when Chacarita Undertakers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Guipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Teofilo Sanchez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Ricardo Gaizkine managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Kapos's Domingo Abechuco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felipe Txindoki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Gaizkine having to interfere. Felipe Txindoki's late challenge caught a Chacarita Undertakers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Txindoki helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chacarita Undertakers booed when Kapos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Egoi made a kick off. Ricardo Gaizkine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Txindoki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaias Jerano came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Chacarita Undertakers's Eduardo Egoi. But to his dismay, Eduardo Egoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 64th minute of the game Esteve Gartzi made a throw-in which Ceferino Fernandez played forward. A collision led to Chacarita Undertakers getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Bernardo Romelio hit a great ball. If Felipe Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Guipuzkoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Isaias Jerano made a huge save. Kapos's Domingo Abechuco got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kapos's Isaias Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Egoi in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute Eduardo Egoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Jerano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Romelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Jerano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Abechuco in the 97th minute of play forced Chacarita Undertakers's goalkeeper Ricardo Gaizkine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Kapos lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
