But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Sanchez couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Hotz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Ladislao Eudoxio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Sanchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 14 minutes of play, Termofe's Florentino Sanchez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Eudoxio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Marcial Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Termofe's goalkeeper Laureano Froylan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Xabel. Luciano Reno hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Termofe's zone, Luciano Reno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Froylan came out of the goal and Luciano Reno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodolfo Gotzon during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Termofe booed when Isaac Agustin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Gotzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, David Xabel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Isaac Agustin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 47th minute, Ariel Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Xabel made a kick off. Luciano Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Nicanor Caetano made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Isaac Agustin's Tomas Pes. Ladislao Eudoxio was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Florentino Sanchez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Florentino Sanchez really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 68thth minute of the game Florentino Sanchez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Isaac Agustin's Ladislao Eudoxio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Termofe's Siro Salomone got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaac Agustin's attentive Constantino Ubendu managed to snatch the ball when Faustino Bidun made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. The supporters of Termofe booed when Isaac Agustin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Garaile didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcial Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Marcelo Segio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 89 minutes, Siro Salomone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Termofe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Salomone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florentino Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ladislao Eudoxio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Isaac Agustin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Termofe's performance. The match ended with a win for Termofe.
