Spectators: 7294 (Terracing: 5472, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sebastian Maule took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pillahuincó AFC's goalkeeper Pascual Quintun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Albano Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isla Ortigia's Joaquin Adrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Dunixi in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 9 minutes, Gonzalo Txeru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pillahuincó AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Txeru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Rey in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Torres in the 12th minute of play forced Pillahuincó AFC's goalkeeper Pascual Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isla Ortigia's Joaquin Adrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Rey in the 15th minute of play. Joaquin Adrio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Rey's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Joaquin Adrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Txeru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Enrique Rey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Adrio. Isla Ortigia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Rey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ernesto Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Pascual Quintun managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Isla Ortigia's Sebastian Maule fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sebastian Maule who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Pascual Quintun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sebastian Maule recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Rey hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Rey was the one to do the kick off. Isla Ortigia's Joaquin Adrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Rey in the 52nd minute of play. Albano Fliz charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albano Fliz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Albano Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pascual Quintun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Maule in the 57th minute of the match. Jairo Ralondo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. The referee gave Isla Ortigia a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Haroldo Barto, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pillahuincó AFC's Pascual Quintun. 1-1. Haroldo Barto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Pascual Quintun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isla Ortigia's Alfonso Ondino got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pascual Quintun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Maule, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Barto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Quintun having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Haroldo Barto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Enrique Rey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Curcio's late challenge caught a Isla Ortigia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Curcio helped the player get up and apologised. Raimundo Curcio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Enrique Rey hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Pillahuincó AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Maule came free, but Pascual Quintun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sebastian Maule managed to get in a good position for a shot. Isla Ortigia's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Maule was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Quintun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 played minutes Isla Ortigia got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Lorien. Isla Ortigia were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
