Calvin Masters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Fidele in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Mario Cidro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Calvin Masters. BETIANA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Cidro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Calvin Masters didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Ederono went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. If Erasmo Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calvin Masters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Cidro in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Urti got free with Ovidio Vidal in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Tunuyán's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Santana came free, but Ovidio Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorino Ederono during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Federico Mosen fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tunuyán's protests and gave Federico Mosen a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 minutes, Santo Fidele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tunuyán and the BETIANA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tunuyán's Santo Fidele got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute Angelo Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Urti charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Urti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
