The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Ezkerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Vitmer defense, Milcho Yotzov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Ponc. The Vitmer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Ponc should have stopped the shot. Fernando Ezkerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Ezkerra ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Fernando Ezkerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Ponc was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Pampa Jazz's zone, Fernan Luzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Pedroso came out of the goal and Fernan Luzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Pedroso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauricio Ur in the 82nd minute. After 83 played minutes Pampa Jazz got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Manilan. Tanek Wysocki might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tanek Wysocki ran back to his position shaking his head. Denis Ponc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milcho Yotzov, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Mauricio Ur fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vitmer players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pampa Jazz.
