In the 14th match minute, Contra Viento y Marea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Rios to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Orlanda in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edelmiro Obeko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giorgos Serametakis was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the game, Guido Mingo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guido Mingo made a kick off. Guido Mingo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Guido Mingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Peio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes GoldoCamilo FC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Mingo. After 62 minutes, Edelmiro Obeko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Contra Viento y Marea and the GoldoCamilo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Ismael Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Mingo in the 75th minute of play. With an all-out effort, GoldoCamilo FC's Abelardo Peio threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guido Mingo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Contra Viento y Marea's goalkeeper Abelardo Peio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abelardo Peio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of GoldoCamilo FC booed when Contra Viento y Marea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Lon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded GoldoCamilo FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Contra Viento y Marea.
