The audience thought a goal was coming when Diamantino Travassos got free with Salvador Chucho in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Izotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Chucho having to interfere. Salvador Chucho made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Diamantino Travassos sent off a good shot on target. Salvador Chucho was a little too slow when Patricio Omero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diamantino Travassos got free with Salvador Chucho in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Efrain Dabi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Efrain Dabi charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Dabi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adam Regecký showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Jobo in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Diamantino Travassos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salvador Chucho having to make a save. Salvador Chucho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Omero, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Lucas Lia charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Lia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Lucas Lia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvador Chucho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Travassos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Diamantino Travassos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Membrillar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 76 minutes into the game, Membrillar's Victor Izotz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Salvador Chucho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Membrillar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Palurdos Siscadores:s goal. Salvador Chucho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Izotz went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The Membrillar fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Membrillar's Patricio Omero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that Membrillar were the better team. Membrillar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
