Ainārs Pelnis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Baleren, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Luciano Steven kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ainārs Pelnis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Ariando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Daheza's goalkeeper Laureano Ostadar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bilardistas del Bidón fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Ainārs Pelnis had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Bonifacio Arixo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Daheza's Laureano Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Turi in the 75th minute of play. Leandro Olayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Laureano Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bilardistas del Bidón made a substitution. Eusebiu Achim replaced Nereo Ranolfo. After a rather tough play, Bilardistas del Bidón's Adan Oto got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute Danilo Valentine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ainārs Pelnis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Fulgencio Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Baleren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ainārs Pelnis made a huge save. The Daheza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Ostadar should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Daheza could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bilardistas del Bidón throughout the match.
