Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Palmitas's Americo Cortez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Palmitas booed when Dharma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Tibalt didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Americo Cortez came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Palmitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Cortez couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Quintun in the 8th minute of play forced Dharma FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dharma FC's Horacio Txema got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 14 minutes of play, Dharma FC's Bartolo Bernaldo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Enetz was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Palmitas getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Osvaldo Ramirez hit a great ball. Gerardo Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silverio Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Samuel Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Bartolo Bernaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Samuel Enetz. Palmitas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Bernaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Gerardo Valery didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Americo Cortez went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Escobar in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Valery saved Dharma FC from getting behind. Americo Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gerardo Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Bernaldo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Samuel Enetz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Samuel Enetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Veremundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

The wind increased when Silverio Veremundo made the kick off in the second half. Gerardo Valery made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Escobar in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Cortez in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Valery saved Dharma FC from getting behind. After having played for 56 minutes, Jose Escobar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Escobar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Gerardo Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Americo Cortez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Dharma FC's Gerardo Valery got control of the ball when Jose Escobar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Alejo Remir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartolo Bernaldo struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Samuel Enetz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dharma FC. Dharma FC's Bartolo Bernaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Dharma FC's Gerardo Valery got control of the ball when Jose Escobar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute, Isaias Raebert made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Enetz. Palmitas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Silverio Veremundo took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Enetz. Samuel Enetz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Silverio Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Samuel Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute Silverio Veremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Enetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Americo Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Valery made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Escobar in the 96th minute. Dharma FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
