After the first half Molinari were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tadeo Luix charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Luix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tadeo Luix hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Georg Kott might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Ioritz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustin Karmel was a little too slow when Alejo Sanchez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-4. Molinari's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
