Tiburcio Cesario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Leonardo Salvino made a huge save. Omar Vigil's late challenge caught a Nirihau AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Vigil helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, one of Atamisqui AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atamisqui AFC. In the 29th minute, Prudencio Dantae ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Honrio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 33 minutes, Prudencio Dantae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nirihau AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prudencio Dantae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Nirihau AFC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Nirihau AFC's Prudencio Dantae looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prudencio Dantae in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Honrio saved Atamisqui AFC from getting behind. If Pedro Foro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Prudencio Dantae to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgard Gelacio hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Atamisqui AFC's Enrique Honrio got control of the ball when Prudencio Dantae tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Atamisqui AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Carlos Nuñez hit a great ball. After 65 played minutes Nirihau AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Foro. 69 minutes into the match, Atamisqui AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Dantae came free, but Enrique Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Edgard Gelacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Honrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nirihau AFC booed when Atamisqui AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Gotzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Dantae in the 73rd minute of play forced Atamisqui AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Dantae in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Enrique Honrio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. The Atamisqui AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nirihau AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
