The Dot F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorio Oinaz should have stopped the shot. Arnulfo Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fabricio Iratzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hüseyin Rahmi Malik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 29th minute. Dot F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Victorio Oinaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Richie in the 32nd minute of the match. Tobias Guerrero kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Hüseyin Rahmi Malik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabricio Iratzeder. Alvear's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Hüseyin Rahmi Malik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Oinaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Valerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Pasqual kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

After 52 played minutes Alvear got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Valerio. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Arnulfo Gabirel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dot F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Gabirel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Iratzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Dimitris Peris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Hüseyin Rahmi Malik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Robustiano Pasqual's late challenge caught a Alvear's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Pasqual helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, Dot F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Pasqual to maneuver through the defense. Dot F.C.'s Gonzalo Martinez was substituted for Robustiano Pasqual.
