But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Barto couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Eagleheart FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Macario. Gerald Van Bever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Dante Mergildo managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when La Mansión's Israel Barto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sven-Ove Kämpe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Israel Barto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Dante Mergildo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dante Mergildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerald Van Bever in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Israel Barto managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Mansión's supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Barto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Mergildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eagleheart FC's Dante Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Kämpe in the 43rd minute of play. After 45 minutes Eagleheart FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Israel Barto who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Israel Barto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Mergildo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 46th match minute, Eagleheart FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Macario to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Israel Barto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Israel Barto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Mergildo having to interfere. Ermegildo Soter charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Dante Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerald Van Bever, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The supporters of La Mansión booed when Eagleheart FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saul Cordaro kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Israel Barto sped through Eagleheart FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Mergildo. 80 minutes into the game, Israel Barto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Dante Mergildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Kämpe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Dante Mergildo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Ove Kämpe might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Mergildo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Ove Kämpe ran back to his position shaking his head. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. La Mansión fully deserved thier win.
