After a rather tough play, Peppers FC's Bernardino Ricart got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Peppers FC's zone, Oscar Faro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Cordera came out of the goal and Oscar Faro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Lisandro Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Fernanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Olimpo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Montrelle to maneuver through the defense. After 39 minutes, Camilo Eutropio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peppers FC and the Olimpo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camilo Eutropio kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Arnoldo Montrelle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonatan Cordera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lisandro Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Gavino Kaxen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Phelipe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Fernanco scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavino Kaxen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Peppers FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Montrelle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match Edelmiro Tipi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonatan Cordera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 56th minute, Godfredo Meder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 67 played minutes Peppers FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Eutropio. A collision led to Olimpo FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Jeronimo Incendio hit a great ball. The throw-in from Edelmiro Tipi in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peppers FC's Emilio Domiku. After 95 played minutes Peppers FC got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Domiku. Peppers FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
