Olayon Futbol Club CDE's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionisio Pes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Esdras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eriberto Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Eriberto Abeijon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olayon Futbol Club CDE's Horacio Lartaun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Everardo Illart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Lartaun having to interfere. Horacio Lartaun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eriberto Abeijon's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Filiberto Esdras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Vito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rayos Laser FC's Eriberto Abeijon in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Filiberto Esdras came out of the goal and Dionisio Pes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rayos Laser FC's Everardo Illart managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ezequiel Toribio in the 32 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Horacio Heriberto in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rayos Laser FC's Aldo Sesuldo. After 36 minutes, Dionisio Pes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rayos Laser FC's Filiberto Esdras tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Vito in the 39th minute of play forced Rayos Laser FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Bonifacio Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olayon Futbol Club CDE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Vito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eriberto Abeijon to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Pes got free with Filiberto Esdras in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Dionisio Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the game, one of Rayos Laser FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Thanks to some nice moves Lorenzo Hitz could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Filiberto Esdras however easily saved by the left post. In the 74th minute, Natalio Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 minutes, Denis Ireno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rayos Laser FC and the Olayon Futbol Club CDE players grew even worse after the yellow card. 84 minutes into the game, Eriberto Abeijon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Horacio Lartaun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dionisio Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bonifacio Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiberto Esdras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Hitz in the 96th minute. Everardo Illart kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. In the 101st minute, Bonifacio Vito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olayon Futbol Club CDE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
