Spectators: 7318 (Terracing: 5490, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baltasar Dalmu started the match with the kick off. In the 9th minute, Iacob Călin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Dalmu in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Churqui's Olgierd Piechocki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Frechoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 20th minute Olgierd Piechocki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Dalmu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Frechoso having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Antilla's Gaudencio Garaile dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Jeremias Urbez hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Olgierd Piechocki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Rafael Bertol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jordão Palhares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 35 played minutes Churqui got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Izotz. Tomás Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Dalmu in the 42nd minute of play. Tomás Frechoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Izotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Eulalio Baristo made the kick off in the second half. Churqui's Jordão Palhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Baristo in the 53rd minute of play. Antilla's Rene Brais got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 58 minutes of play, Antilla's Rene Brais made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jordão Palhares was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard, long distance shot from Rene Brais flew over the goal. After 61 minutes, Iacob Călin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Churqui and the Antilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Churqui got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Călin. 3-2 became the score in the 65th minute when Cayetano Izotz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Churqui's Iacob Călin got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Iacob Călin off the ground. The supporters of Antilla booed when Churqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Călin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Rafael Bertol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Churqui's Jordão Palhares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Brais in the 76th minute of play forced Churqui's goalkeeper Jordão Palhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Baltasar Dalmu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Antilla's Tomás Frechoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baltasar Dalmu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Tomás Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Antilla's Eulalio Baristo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jordão Palhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2.
