Raul Rocio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joar Wennerström, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Celeste FC's Kees Bruinsma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Frantzes in the 24th minute of play. When Atilano Gasteiz fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Febre's protests and gave Atilano Gasteiz a yellow card for diving instead. The Febre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Celeste FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
