The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Victorino Ilazki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. Artemio Sidros short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Filiberto Guillelmo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 2-0 became the score in the 11th minute when Feliberto Jerold elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Antonio Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hitz in the 15th minute of play. Filiberto Guillelmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Sidro in the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Artemio Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st match minute, Limay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Victorino Ilazki did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Filiberto Guillelmo 26 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Real Rosario got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Unai. Real Rosario's Filiberto Guillelmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Real Rosario from getting a goal against them. Antonio Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Unai in the 35th minute of play. Ivan Unai hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Victorino Ilazki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Guillelmo having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Victorino Ilazki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Real Rosario's Filiberto Guillelmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Jerold in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artemio Sidro to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Artemio Sidro notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Real Rosario's Filiberto Guillelmo. Filiberto Guillelmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Limay FC booed when Real Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Guillelmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Jerold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Limay FC's Artemio Sidro in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Carlos Gamarra kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Candido Hitz kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Artemio Sidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Oso kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Antonio Diegotxe was a little too slow when Ivan Unai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 4-1. The supporters of Limay FC booed when Real Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Oso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Artemio Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Rosario's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
