In the 9th minute Higinio Elorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zarlanga's Godfredo Dacio got a free kick in the 13th minute. Natalio Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Basualdo in the 16th minute of the match. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zarlanga! Fausto Txerran placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 33rd minute, Israel Martxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zarlanga were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Uranga's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Godfredo Dacio took the corner. With a little luck, Zarlanga's Natalio Froila got control of the ball when Gilberto Karlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Gilberto Karlo could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Natalio Froila however easily saved by the left post. Natalio Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Cayo in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some careless play in the Zarlanga defense, Horacio Cayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natalio Froila. The Zarlanga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natalio Froila should have stopped the shot. Zarlanga's Natalio Froila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Elorri in the 57th minute of play. Albino Remir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 played minutes Uranga got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Elorri. A collision led to Uranga getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Fausto Txerran hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Osvaldo Laffitte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zarlanga's Natalio Froila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Cayo in the 72nd minute of play. Natalio Froila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Basualdo in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Cayo in the 75th minute of play forced Zarlanga's goalkeeper Natalio Froila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Osvaldo Laffitte fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zarlanga's protests and gave Osvaldo Laffitte a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Zarlanga's Osvaldo Laffitte got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Albino Remir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zarlanga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Uranga's Fausto Txerran got a free kick in the 89th minute. Uranga's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
