The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maximiliano Palban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Palban in the 6th minute of play forced Románticos FC's goalkeeper Hugo Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Columbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Kusko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Columbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Palban, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. A collision led to Románticos FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Maximino Maxin hit a great ball. Erasmo Kusko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Kusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hugo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Erasmo Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Erasmo Kusko made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Columbo. Románticos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Románticos FC's Eriberto Behe got a free kick in the 35th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Palban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Columbo. Románticos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Palban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 46th minute, Eriberto Behe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardino Gustau was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.

Maximiliano Palban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Columbo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Bartolo Crescencio struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Hugo Columbo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perico AFC. Maximiliano Palban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maximiliano Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximiliano Palban during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicanor Balasi made in the 69th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Casimiro Elodio immediately put the ball in play. In the 70th minute, Eriberto Behe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardino Gustau was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Palban in the 73rd minute of play forced Románticos FC's goalkeeper Hugo Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Románticos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Palban came free, but Hugo Columbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Gustau came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Románticos FC's Eriberto Behe. But to his dismay, Eriberto Behe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Hugo Columbo made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Erasmo Kusko sent off a good shot on target. Románticos FC's Eriberto Behe got his second yellow card of the match in the 85th minute. The referee ordered Eriberto Behe off the ground. When Perico AFC's Erasmo Kusko in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Románticos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Casimiro Elodio's late challenge caught a Perico AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Elodio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Románticos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Elodio to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Kusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perico AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
