Meo F.C's Geronimo Quintun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Mikeldi in the 3rd minute of play. Geronimo Quintun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Lapurdi in the 4th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Covello got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Ursino. Meo F.C's Geronimo Quintun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Lapurdi in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Meo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Mikeldi came free, but Geronimo Quintun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meo F.C's goalkeeper Geronimo Quintun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramon Rafe made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Prudencio Quinito sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Mergildo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Damian Mikeldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Quintun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Zeledon Bonadona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Meo F.C's Geronimo Quintun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Lapurdi in the 22nd minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, one of Covello:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Ramon Rafe, was totally fooled by Meo F.C's Leonides Diegotxe, who 24 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Juan Lapurdi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Quintun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Damian Mikeldi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Juan Lapurdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meo F.C's Geronimo Quintun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Bonifacio Cordarrell notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Meo F.C's Geronimo Quintun. Geronimo Quintun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zeledon Bonadona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Quintun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Prudencio Quinito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ramon Rafe, 2-1. Meo F.C's Geronimo Quintun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Lapurdi in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ariel Silban made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Meo F.C defense, Bonifacio Cordarrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geronimo Quintun. The Meo F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geronimo Quintun should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Lapurdi in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geronimo Quintun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 minutes, Zeledon Bonadona mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Covello and the Meo F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zeledon Bonadona hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Manuel Mergildo charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Mergildo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Covello booed when Meo F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geronimo Quintun made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Damian Mikeldi sent off a good shot on target. Bonifacio Cordarrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Geronimo Quintun made a huge save. Fabricio Edur kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Everardo Ursino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Geronimo Quintun made a huge save. Ramon Rafe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Mikeldi charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ramon Rafe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Quinito, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Bonifacio Cordarrell took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Quintun. Geronimo Quintun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 84th match minute, Covello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Ursino to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Juan Lapurdi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Quintun. Meo F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Lapurdi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Lapurdi got free with Geronimo Quintun in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geronimo Quintun was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Damian Mikeldi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damian Mikeldi really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. Geronimo Quintun made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Juan Lapurdi sent off a good shot on target. The Meo F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Covello were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
