After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Damaso Padro managed to get in a good position for a shot. A LO GRANDE's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Padro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Nel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When A LO GRANDE's Feliciano Peruxu in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Nel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cirilo Phelipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Tome having to interfere. Domingo Tome was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Damian Garci capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damian Garci really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 31st minute, A LO GRANDE's Cayetano Frichoso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cayetano Frichoso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of A LO GRANDE protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cayetano Frichoso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 32nd match minute, A LO GRANDE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Frichoso to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Phelipe missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 33 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Domingo Tome right hand side. Domingo Tome showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Quirce in the 35th minute of the match. Sebastian Nel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Roano went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Angelino Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ranquelcó's Sebastian Nel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Ranquelcó from getting a goal against them. When Pedro Roano came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the A LO GRANDE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Roano couldn't finish the play. Damian Garci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Domingo Tome tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Nel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Turi Rodil. Alejandro Aritza kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Feliciano Peruxu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Sebastian Nel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Pedro Roano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Ranquelcó's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Peruxu came free, but Sebastian Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Feliciano Peruxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A LO GRANDE's Angelino Tomi got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Damian Garci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Domingo Tome was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A LO GRANDE were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
