Santo Martxot made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Reynaldo Felipillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute Mario Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Dolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vendetta FC's Rodolfo Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Garcia in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Vendetta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Garcia came free, but Rodolfo Dolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Felipillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santo Martxot. Marthafoker FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Felipillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mario Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Dolfo having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Felipillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santo Martxot. Marthafoker FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Felipillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Marthafoker FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Diego Berto scored to the left of an out of position Santo Martxot, making the score, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Berto in the 34th minute of play forced Marthafoker FC's goalkeeper Santo Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Marthafoker FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Mario Garcia hit a great ball. Marthafoker FC's Santo Martxot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Marthafoker FC from getting a goal against them. Santo Martxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Berto in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Garcia in the 43rd minute of play forced Vendetta FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Dolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Marthafoker FC's goalkeeper Santo Martxot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Felipillo.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Garcia was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Mario Garcia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rodolfo Dolfo, 3-2. In the 60th minute Mario Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Dolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute Ladislao Gimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Marthafoker FC's Mario Garcia got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 80 minutes of play, Vendetta FC's Feliciano Elequemedo made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santo Martxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santo Martxot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Berto went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Vendetta FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
