Anillaco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dep.Cristal the free kick. The supporters of Dep.Cristal booed when Anillaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Meder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Sendoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute Leandro Pacho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Faustino Rainerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 played minutes Anillaco got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Pacho. When Remigio Sendoa in the 27th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ivan Froylan kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Dep.Cristal's Candido Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Kinsen in the 32nd minute of play. Placido Diagur kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute Remigio Sendoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tadeo Sindo made a kick off. Alvaro Nafarroa hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Candido Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Sindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Tadeo Sindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Dep.Cristal's Anacleto Vigil got a free kick in the 59th minute. Remigio Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Millano hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Remigio Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Remigio Sendoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Sendoa struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ivan Froylan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dep.Cristal. Thanks to some nice moves Virgilio Kinsen could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Candido Burni however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Dep.Cristal getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Remigio Sendoa hit a great ball. Virgilio Kinsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Burni having to interfere. When Remigio Sendoa came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Dep.Cristal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Sendoa couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Faustino Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep.Cristal's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Rainerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Anillaco players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dep.Cristal.
