Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cosme Argi made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Anillaco's Ceferino Rodriguez got a free kick in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Sindo in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Penca FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ismael Pere hit a great ball. Virgilio Kinsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Gorri having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Penca FC's zone, Virgilio Kinsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Gorri came out of the goal and Virgilio Kinsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Claudio Firme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Santo Perrando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Cosme Argi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Argi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute Cosme Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Silban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natalio Honrio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match.

After having played for 51 minutes, Virgilio Kinsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anillaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio Kinsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Anillaco's Ivan Froylan got control of the ball when Felix Silban tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Anillaco booed when Penca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Firme didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Anillaco's Virgilio Kinsen got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th match minute, Anillaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Jeraldo to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes, Leandro Pacho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anillaco and the Penca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Anillaco's zone, Felix Silban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Froylan came out of the goal and Felix Silban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Penca FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
