Gilberto Maurin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Pereyra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 21st minute, Victoriano Gartzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fermin Curcio made in the 22nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gualterio Damario immediately put the ball in play. Roque Jaizki might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Maurin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roque Jaizki ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 played minutes OLAYON FC CDE got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Navarro. The OLAYON FC CDE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Maurin should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esteve Barea to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeepers Creepers FC's Alvaro Buinton managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Silvano Niva in the 55 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Jeepers Creepers FC's zone, Esteve Barea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Vincent came out of the goal and Esteve Barea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, Jeepers Creepers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Eriz to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Roque Jaizki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilberto Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Pereyra in the 68th minute of the match.
