Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arturo Lazcano started the match with the kick off. Andrzej Majewski came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Melincué's Joaquin Bermudez. But to his dismay, Joaquin Bermudez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Andrzej Majewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Bermudez went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafin Eguerdi during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Melincué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Joaquin Bermudez made a precise shot to the right of Andrzej Majewski. Legendarios's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Marciano Sugoi charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marciano Sugoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Legendarios booed when Melincué was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafin Eguerdi hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Lazcano in the 23rd minute of play forced Melincué's goalkeeper Wincent Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Bingen in the 28th minute of play forced Legendarios's goalkeeper Andrzej Majewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrzej Majewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Alejandro Guilabertus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legendarios's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Melincué the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Alejandro Guilabertus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Marciano Sugoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Legendarios's Andrzej Majewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Sugoi in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Legendarios getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Leon Arotza hit a great ball. In the 36th minute of the match Marciano Sugoi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andrzej Majewski skillfully saved the ball. Joaquin Bermudez struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Andrzej Majewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Melincué. Benicio Foro made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marciano Sugoi. With 46 minutes on the clock, Aureliano Sein commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 47th match minute, Melincué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Sein to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 48 minutes, Artemio Handi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Legendarios's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Handi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquin Bermudez was the one to do the kick off. Arturo Lazcano took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Zajonc. Wincent Zajonc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 56 minutes into the match, Joaquin Bermudez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andrzej Majewski, 1-4. In the 60th minute, Domingo Oliverios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Bingen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Melincué's goalkeeper Wincent Zajonc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Arturo Lazcano came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Legendarios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Lazcano couldn't finish the play. After 70 minutes of play, Legendarios's Emiliano Tirso made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincent Zajonc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arturo Lazcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Zajonc having to interfere. With a little luck, Legendarios's Andrzej Majewski got control of the ball when Segundo Bingen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute Marciano Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Majewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arturo Lazcano during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Legendarios's Arturo Lazcano got a free kick in the 89th minute. Andrzej Majewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Artemio Handi fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legendarios's protests and gave Artemio Handi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Legendarios getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Artemio Handi hit a great ball. Marciano Sugoi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andrzej Majewski. Legendarios's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
