Concordia's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Bermudez came free, but Laureano Llin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Manilan hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The supporters of Melincué booed when F.C. Concordia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Hug didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Concordia's zone, Segundo Bingen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Llin came out of the goal and Segundo Bingen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute Marciano Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Llin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Segundo Bingen made a precise shot to the right of Laureano Llin. F.C. Concordia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Segundo Bingen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Laureano Llin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Joaquin Bermudez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laureano Llin was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Melincué's Segundo Bingen was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. F.C. Concordia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joaquin Bermudez 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. After having played for 80 minutes, Dalmacio Salvatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melincué's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Salvatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the F.C. Concordia defense, Segundo Bingen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laureano Llin. The F.C. Concordia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Llin should have stopped the shot. Segundo Bingens short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Laureano Llin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 91st minute, F.C. Concordia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joaquin Bermudez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Segundo Bingen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Llin having to interfere. If Segundo Bingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The F.C. Concordia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Melincué were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
