Maggolo's Jonatan Lander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Maggolo from getting a goal against them. Maggolo made a substitution. Baldomiro Lauaxeta replaced Florentino Francho. In the 20th match minute, La Rosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Elizardo to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Arias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Eguntsenti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Gaspar Matia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jonatan Lander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 41 minutes of play, La Rosa FC's Gaspar Matia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Lander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonatan Lander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Olo in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Toro to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Maggolo's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Toro came free, but Jonatan Lander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, La Rosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Arias came free, but Celestino Eguntsenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Lander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Maggolo defense, Fernan Erramun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonatan Lander. The Maggolo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatan Lander should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Rosa FC had played much better football throughout.
