An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Bikendi in the 18th minute of play forced Deportivo Muñiz's goalkeeper Quinto Pagès to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zubiaurre FC's goalkeeper Severino Sauveur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zubiaurre FC's Severino Sauveur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Zubiaurre FC from getting a goal against them. Deportivo Muñiz's Quinto Pagès played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Cibran in the 25th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Elvio Presebal took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Severino Sauveur to make any attempt to save it.
