But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Seber couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute Herminio Firmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Favila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Baldomero Seber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chamacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Seber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Favila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 10 minutes, Gavino Frantzes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ukukus FC and the Chamacos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximo Hechter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Frantzes in the 13th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ukukus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Seber came free, but Alberto Favila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Herminio Firmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Frantzes got his second yellow card in the match during the 24th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Ukukus FC's Gavino Frantzes got a free kick in the 25th minute. Amadeo Txordons short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Maximo Hechter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29th minute, Herminio Firmin made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Favila. Ukukus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Froilan Bilintx hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Maximo Hechter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erubiel Mero in the 34th minute. Maximo Hechter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Mero, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Alberto Favila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Firmin in the 45th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Txordon during the 46th minute. Chamacos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Firmin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Chamacos were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Honorio Vellito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chamacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorio Vellito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Favila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ukukus FC's Alberto Favila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Ukukus FC from getting a goal against them. Anier Herensuge lost his temper 58 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ukukus FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Efrain Frances charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Frances the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Herminio Firmin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Alberto Favila made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Herminio Firmin made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Favila. Ukukus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 77th minute, Severiano Urtsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Urtsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Maximo Hechter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Chamacos's Honorio Vellito dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Baldomero Seber might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Favila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Seber ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute, Honorio Vellito fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Chamacos's Baldomero Seber in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ukukus FC's goalie prevented a goal. Alberto Favila made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Herminio Firmin sent off a good shot on target. Erubiel Mero might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Hechter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erubiel Mero ran back to his position shaking his head. Alberto Favila made a fantastic save in the 100th minute, when Herminio Firmin sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chamacos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
