Cerveceros FC's Marcos Cavaliere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Marin in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Cerveceros FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Edgard Peru hit a great ball. Pascual Atarrabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Avellaneda in the 24th minute of play forced Cerveceros FC's goalkeeper Marcos Cavaliere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Atarrabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Abascal in the 26th minute of the match. Marcos Cavaliere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Avellaneda, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Cerveceros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Avellaneda came free, but Marcos Cavaliere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Baudelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Marcos Cavaliere made a huge save. Pascual Atarrabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Abascal in the 55th minute of play. Haroldo Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cavaliere having to interfere. The supporters of Redentor FC booed when Cerveceros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Haroldo Avellaneda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cavaliere. After 80 minutes, Edgard Peru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cerveceros FC and the Redentor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
