Julian Licerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Oto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When Marcos Berdaitz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. In the 92nd match minute, El Huemul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Berdaitz to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Eutor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Oto having to make a save. 96 minutes into the match, El Huemul's goalkeeper Astor Oto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Licerio. Los Funebreros played a much better game than El Huemul and deserved their victory. The El Huemul players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
