After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Guaberto Oidor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentina's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Oidor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Abar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evelio Abar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Oidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Brandon Mang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Fraco in the 30th minute. Feliberto Ricart made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Victorio Erasto. After a defensive mix-up in Gladiadores lll FC's zone, Paulo Mendiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Abar came out of the goal and Paulo Mendiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brandon Mang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Fraco in the 36th minute of the match. After 39 minutes, Luisito Romildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gladiadores lll FC and the Argentina players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Gladiadores lll FC got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Romildo. Paulo Mendiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliano Fero was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gladiadores lll FC's goalkeeper Evelio Abar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gladiadores lll FC's Evelio Abar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Mendiko in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes in the game, Guaberto Oidor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Evelio Abar having to interfere. Victorio Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Paulo Mendiko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Mendiko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Evelio Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Argentina getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sebastian Quirce hit a great ball. If Paulo Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. With a left leg Evelio Abar saved Gladiadores lll FC from getting behind. Paulo Mendiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. One of Gladiadores lll FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Argentina:s goal. The goalkeeper, Evelio Abar, was totally fooled by Argentina's Hernan Iaki, who 84 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Argentina's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
