Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Herminio Iratxo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute of the match, Guaberto Abastas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Astor Lesardo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bonifacio Pello hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Maximino Berdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Vinicio Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, G.F.C's Bonifacio Pello got a free kick in the 12th minute. Maximino Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, G.F.C's Herminio Iratxo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Lesardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hrvatska Deportivo's Albano Ponciano got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Hrvatska Deportivo's Vinicio Marquez in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye G.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Herminio Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to G.F.C getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Hilario Bide hit a great ball. Vinicio Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Maximino Berdoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximino Berdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Ponciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hrvatska Deportivo's zone, Herminio Iratxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Lesardo came out of the goal and Herminio Iratxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Mauro Lapurdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Hilario Bide in the 42nd minute really tested Astor Lesardo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Marquez to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hrvatska Deportivo's zone, Herminio Iratxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Lesardo came out of the goal and Herminio Iratxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Guaberto Abastas notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hrvatska Deportivo's Astor Lesardo. Astor Lesardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th match minute, G.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Hanni to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, G.F.C's Bonifacio Pello got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Hrvatska Deportivo's Albano Ponciano got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hrvatska Deportivo's Vinicio Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69thth minute of the game Herminio Iratxo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hrvatska Deportivo's Astor Lesardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herminio Iratxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Astor Lesardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mauro Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Hrvatska Deportivo's Maximino Berdoi threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinicio Marquez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Herminio Iratxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Astor Lesardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 86 minutes, Hrvatska Deportivo's Esteban Jakes got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maximino Berdoi. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hrvatska Deportivo's goalkeeper Astor Lesardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 97 minutes, Albano Ponciano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hrvatska Deportivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Ponciano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
